Job Title: Engineer

BASIC FUNCTION:

Provide technical and analytical support for the Base Chemicals department.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and create optimization tools to support BFLP business decisions regarding feedstock purchasing and process optimization.
• Develop economic models and tools to evaluate investment projects.
• Participate in making daily decisions regarding feedstock purchasing and process operations optimization.
• Contribute to five-year plan and annual budget process.
• Review various benchmarks and studies for the plant operations, analyze quality of the data, identify discrepancies, and propose actions for improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 0-3 years of engineering experience.
• Strong communication skills and technical background.
