Job Title: Account Coordinator - Solvents

Department: Base Chemicals

Location: Corporate

BASIC FUNCTION:

Provide customer service to 60+ customers including the process from order taking to completion of shipment and invoicing.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide customer service including communication with the customer to determine which of the 10 products required, type of transportation, and type of shipping method.
  • Document all transactions from order to completion of delivery.
  • Responsible for customer service responsibilities of month-end closing.
  • Work closely with Supply Analyst to assist with forecasting sales and inventory requirements.
  • Maintain Item Proposal and Customer Master within SAP.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of orders at the tolling and transloading facilities.
  • Acts as the back up for other desks within Base Chemicals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Accounting background preferred.
  • Industry, customer service, and SAP experience preferred.
  • MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency required.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
